GigaPulse Energy Delivers the 'Brain' and 'Heart' Behind HPDD Technology

BRUSSELS / IZMIR — Hydro Puls Systems (HPS) and GigaPulse Energy have officially solidified their strategic partnership. Within this deep technological integration, GigaPulse Energy delivers the patented software and hardware architecture that serves as the "brain" and "orchestration engine" behind the Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) power plant.

While the HPDD engine provides the raw, frictionless physical power, GigaPulse’s software and hardware control system ensures that this mechanical stability remains operational to micrometer-level precision.

The greatest challenge with extremely efficient linear engines is maintaining mechanical tolerances under highly variable thermal loads. HPDD utilizes an ultra-narrow, frictionless radial clearance of just 5 micrometers (the Labyrinth Interface) without traditional piston rings.

This frictionless design is only mechanically viable if the piston and the cylinder bore (both manufactured from high-grade Inconel 718) expand symmetrically. At a stable operating temperature of exactly 230°C, both components expand identically by exactly 109 micrometers (the 109 µm Protocol).

Without the hyper-precise control of GigaPulse, this thermal equilibrium would be instantly disrupted by external load fluctuations. GigaPulse Energy solves this by locking the engine into an autonomous, fixed frequency rhythm.

The Technology: Generated Pattern Current (GPC)

GigaPulse delivers the hardware controllers and the patented Generated Pattern Current (GPC) software suite to guarantee this stability:

  • Pulse-Wave Orchestration (Software): The software controls the pulse-wave dynamics of the direct-drive units at frequencies up to 200 Hz. By managing the energy conversion cycle with microsecond precision, GigaPulse keeps the Power Core constantly locked in its thermodynamic "sweet spot," independent of external power demand.

  • GP Core (Hardware): This powerful hardware controller orchestrates rapid hydraulic valve distribution across thousands of coupled HPDD swarm modules simultaneously. This allows a complete containerized installation of 2.5 MW to 10 MW to respond instantly and seamlessly to dynamic loads on the factory floor.

Patented Science

GigaPulse Energy is an independent research and IP company that has mathematically described and secured this GPC pulse technology under an international patent family (PCT/TR2025/051176 and USPTO 19/298,223), supported by 22 published scientific papers.
