Upstream: Making Fuel Profitable
GigaPulse Energy’s technology reduces the required voltage for water electrolysis by 5% to 15%. Through advanced bubble management and overpotential reduction, more green hydrogen (and subsequently ammonia) is produced with less energy input. This significantly improves the net carbon balance of our Direct Air Capture (DAC) systems before the fuel even reaches the machine.
Downstream: The Master Metronome
At the core of the HPDD v26 TRT, GigaPulse orchestration ensures unprecedented mechanical stability. Thanks to the Decoupled Architecture, the HPDD operates as an autonomous metronome, unshakeably following its own 100 Hz rhythm.
This steady pulse ensures a perfect thermal equilibrium of 230°C, causing the Inconel components to expand by exactly 109 µm. This mechanical certainty allows for a stable 25-micron radial clearance (with a specific 30-micron zone in the final centimeter), enabling frictionless operation and guaranteeing a net efficiency of 61.3% (LHV).
