Urban waste management and energy infrastructure are colliding with rapid population growth.
Instead of relying on open landfills or legacy incinerators that spew emissions, we are engineering a decentralized utility ecosystem powered by 100 modular HPDD Hydrothermal Vapor Core (HVC) units.
The mission: processing 1,000 tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) daily without burning it.
Rather than crude mass-burn incineration, the HPDD core operates on mechanochemical and hydrothermal separation.
The internal high-pressure architecture deconstructs complex organic and synthetic waste streams into their discrete molecular fractions directly in the phase boundary, harvesting maximum value from every kilogram.
Processing 1,000 tons/day yields an uncompromised multi-utility output: * 720 MWh of clean electricity: Continuous, dispatchable power generation serving as the primary core focus.
* ~800 tons of high-grade synthetic fuels: Recovered hydrocarbon fractions ready for drop-in upgrading and fuel autonomy.
* 302,400 liters of pure, sterilized drinking water: Produced as a direct, intrinsic by-product of closed-loop hydrothermal condensation without external water treatment trains.
* 1,200 tons of high-purity nitrogen: Recaptured in-situ to synthesize green ammonia and drive closed-loop Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production. The engineering foundation sets a new operational baseline:
* Absolute zero emissions: True hermetic operation with no atmospheric exhaust stack (Delta\Mass} = 0.000 kg boundary).
* Zero water consumption: The system does not consume a single liter of freshwater; it is a net producer of certified potable water.
* Zero external cooling: Eliminating parasitic cooling towers, radiator arrays, and river water intake, every single joule of thermal energy is thermodynamically recirculated and put to mechanical and chemical work.
Smart cities do not need oversized, centralized smokestack infrastructure.
