Industrial processing, from high-TDS brine valorization and mineral harvesting to circular commodities like recovered Carbon Black (rCB),
routinely runs into identical barriers: cumulative conversion losses, mechanical complexity, and uncontrolled agglomeration.
The Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) platform tackles this with a synchronized, modular process train operating under an ironclad closed mass balance (ΔMass = 0.000 kg).
Three modules. One deterministic flow:
1. HPDD (Hydro Puls Direct-Drive) — The Energy Heart
A crankshaft-free, rigid direct-drive core that transfers high-pressure hydraulic displacement and thermal energy straight into the process boundary.
• Directly meters and injects clean nitrogen and water.
• Delivers an oil-free, stiff power profile that eliminates parasitic balance-of-plant conversion losses.
2. ACR (Acoustic Cavitation Reactor) — The Kinetic Intensifier
Converts primary drive energy into high-frequency acoustic shockwaves and extreme shear gradients.
• Handles media across rheological extremes, from viscous mineral bitterns to fluid mixtures and pulverized vapor streams.
• Prevents heat-exchanger wall fouling through homogeneous crystal nucleation and micro-scale deagglomeration.
3. VCD (Vertical Convective Decoupler) — The Phase Decoupler
Discharging directly from the ACR, this vertical column operates at atmospheric pressure (1 bar) to split media phases purely via density differentials and fluid kinetics.
• Light vapors and volatiles rise convectively for clean in-flight gas capture.
• High-purity dry powders and target mineral crystals drop deterministically into collection hoppers below.
By integrating energy supply, acoustic shearing, and gravity-assisted phase separation into a modular architecture, heavy industrial streams transition from chronic maintenance bottlenecks into predictable, circular resource recovery.
