Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) Formally Commissions New Operations Hub and Technical Support Facilities in Alicante to Drive Global Scaling

ALICANTE, SPAIN / WEMMEL, BELGIUM – Following the recent establishment of its global headquarters and high-pressure validation laboratories, Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) has officially announced the formal commissioning of its new international operations hub and technical support facility in Alicante, Spain. This strategic expansion is engineered to provide round-the-clock technical architecture support, field deployment oversight, and data coordination for HPDD platforms operating worldwide.

The Alicante facility combines modern engineering review suites with a high-tech technical command center. This infrastructure is dedicated to monitoring real-time operational physics and assisting global tier-1 OEM manufacturing partners, regional utilities, and Direct Air Capture (DAC) operators as they deploy the HPDD technology in the field.

"The commissioning of our Alicante operations hub represents a massive step forward in our global deployment roadmap," said Gerd Van, Founder & Managing Director of HPDD. "Our platform architecture operates under an intense static baseline pressure of 600 bar, maintaining an absolute 5-micron gap between our opposing Inconel pistons at a continuous 230°C standard. To support this highly advanced setup across international markets, we need an agile, world-class technical support structure. Alicante provides the perfect geographic and infrastructural nexus to anchor our global engineering assistance."

The new facilities feature dedicated workspaces for technical layout reviews, digital twin dataset monitoring, and real-time operational feedback loops. By bridging the gap between HPDD’s core validation labs in Belgium and active industrial projects across Europe, the UK, Turkey, and South Asia, the Alicante facility ensures that technical assistance and engineering compliance management are delivered seamlessly on a global scale.

With the offices and technical support suites now fully operational, HPDD is ideally positioned to accelerate the international transition toward a highly efficient, subsidy-independent, circular carbon economy.
