The Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD) transforms industrial seawater desalination by eliminating mechanical and electrical conversion bottlenecks. By driving high-pressure reverse osmosis (SWRO) feed pumps through direct linear coupling, completely bypassing crankshafts, reduction gears, and intermediate electric motors,the HPDD achieves peak thermodynamic and hydraulic efficiency for continuous industrial baseload operations.

Conventional SWRO facilities face substantial energy dissipation across the generator-VFD-motor-crankshaft transmission train. The HPDD replaces this multi-stage conversion with a single, direct stage:
