Advancing rCB Innovation in Bangkok with Dr. Mohamed Amin El-Sady
I was honored to present alongside Dr. Mohamed Amin El-Sady at a recent major conference in Bangkok. It was a privilege to address a venue filled with industry leaders, investors, and policymakers regarding the strategic future of Recovered Carbon Black (rCB).
Our focus was on how advanced process architecture, such as Hydro Puls Systems' Direct-Drive (HPDD) platform, is removing the scaling bottlenecks for the circular rubber and tire industry. We demonstrated that converting waste tires into high-purity, battery-grade rCB requires more than legacy chemical processing; it demands precision, deterministic hardware control under high pressure.
By replacing inefficient conversion loops with a stable, oil-free, closed-loop reactor core (ΔMass = 0.000 kg standard), we transform an environmental disposal problem into a bankable, high-value asset. The ensuing discussions reinforced the market’s urgency for certified circular materials.
