Disrupting Industrial Energy: The Power of a Zero-Emission, Closed-Loop Drive
What if you could generate massive industrial power, sub-zero cooling, and pure water—with absolutely zero exhaust?
Introducing the Hydro Puls Direct-Drive (HPDD).
We have re-engineered the thermodynamic cycle from the ground up. By moving away from traditional mechanical drivetrains and embracing a fully integrated, ultra-high-pressure hydraulic architecture, the HPDD achieves what was once thought impossible: a true zero-waste, high-efficiency system.
How it works (The Core Innovation):
- Inconel Balanced Pistons: Operating in perfect opposition (2 pairs per module) with a hyper-precise micro-gap to withstand extreme thermal conditions up to 230°C.
- No Atmospheric Exhaust: Instead of venting energy, the high-temperature thermal cascade (300°C to 400°C) is entirely contained. The highest heat drives our integrated ammonia cracker, while the remaining thermal energy is routed to a pressureless, central Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) to maximize total electrical efficiency.
- Pure Water Recovery: The system captures and condenses its own process moisture, functioning as a net water producer while simultaneously delivering critical cooling (down to -73°C) for energy-heavy infrastructures like data centers or cryogenic freezing.
- 600 BAR Hydraulic Core: Every module acts as a hermetically sealed, plug-and-play power pack, confining the extreme 600 bar pressures safely to the core.
Designed for the Future, Scaled for Demand Operating at a high-frequency 200 Hz / 600 kW baseline, the HPDD platform is built to grow seamlessly with industrial and maritime demand. From modular data center containers to heavy-duty maritime workboats starting at 300 HP, we are proving that clean energy doesn't mean compromising on raw power.
The future of heavy duty power isn't just low-emission. It's completely closed-loop.
